Not trying to be funny, but if it is, click on Add to Cart on the page and if finished 'shopping' click on Proceed to Checkout and then follow the prompts.

I ordered this part for the same issue.

The answer is no. It will not fit a GU045RW. The ribbon connector is too wide.
