Can't do a factory reset.

My screen says:

ENCRYPTION UNSUCCESSFUL. ENCRYPTION WAS INTERRUPTED AND CAN'T COMPLETE. AS A RESULT, THE DATA ON YOUR TABLET IS NO LONGER ACCESSIBLE. THEN IT INSTRUCTS ME TO DO A FACTORY RESET BUT IT CONTINUALLY FAILS.
