Error 4005 when Restoring

I get the error 4005 when I try to restore my iPhone 6. Only the back lights light up and there is nothing on the screen. I had my screen replaced by Apple.

This is a belated answer so hopefully it can be of use to folks who search for and find this question.

I guess the question would be was the phone working fine after the repair and did anything happen between the repair and the need to restore the device? Any physical damage or contact with water could be the cause here.

Otherwise, an Error 4005 is usually related to the CPU/NAND or the various voltage lines that supply the power on the logic board.

What steps would I take to fix a CPU/Nand. Would I just need to buy a new logic board?

You would want to start by probing the various voltage rails that supply those two IC's. If that looks good, then I would try to reball the NAND, you don;'t really want to touch the CPU...
