I opend my Laptop toe installiert New RAM. After reconecting everything and closing it all up it isn't working anymore.
I hald an esd Band on all the time. Can anyone help me?

Sak, If you have already switched back to your old ram and did not start, remove the ram again and check all connections and pins for damage. If all looks good put the ram back in and try a reset. Hi, Does it work if you reinstall the old RAM? It may be that the new RAM is incompatible with the laptop. Did you install DDR4 - 2133 (pc4 17000)? If so then your new RAM may be faulty or you have not inserted it correctly.

I already reinstalled the old RAM but nothing happens. No might turns on at all Ehen powering it on.
