Hi,

Here is the Ifixit guide on how to access various parts of your camera. You will need to open it up to find out what is making the noise and once you know you might be able to repair it.

Thanks Jeff. I'm there now and have opened the back panel so far. I just don't know what I am looking for which would make camera power up. I will keep trying.

Hi Robert,

You said that there is a rattling noise in the camera. You should be looking for something that is loose or most probably looks broken. Gently shake the camera and listen if you can hear where the noise is coming from if you can't see anything obvious
