screen gone blank after reassemble

so yesterday i reassemble my laptop to clean my fan...and i reassemble it again but when i'm turn it on the screen won't show (blank) but i can hear the fan is running...i thought that maybe i forget to connect or put something...please help me fix and sorry for bad english

Hi,

Try connecting an external monitor and see what it shows.

If it shows a display, hold a torch at an angle close to the screen of the laptop and see if you can detect the Windows desktop. If you can you have a backlighting problem. If nothing shows you have either a faulty video cable, faulty video cable connections at either end or a faulty screen.

If there is no display on the external monitor you have a GPU or motherboard problem
