Tip of the audio jack brok inside iMac 24"

Hello,

I'm trying to reach the audio input jack inside my iMac aluminum 24".

It is under the right speaker, and I would like to replace the audio input part.

Can you tell me pleas how to remove the right speaker.

I know how to remove the glass and the aluminum frame, but not the speaker.

I Google it for many hours, but no instructions founded.

I have to change the audio input, because the tip of the audio jack is broken inside and I can't pull it out.
