Doesn't switch from fill to agitation.

I have a Kenmore Washer 90 series. When I went to start a load of laundry, I noticed that the washer had been filling for too long. The water filled up almost over the top before I stopped it. It will not additional, or spin. Has anyone had an experience like this with their washer?

Jenn Leffring this could be caused by a faulty pressure switch/hose. Take a look at this videofor an idea where to check. If you let us know what the exact serial number of your washer is, we can possibly get you more concise information.
