I get it to charge but it doesn't charge .

when i charge my phone .first the phone vibrates and the nokia icon comes and then a battery picture with red colour means low battery and charging ....but the phone doesn't switch on after one hour the battery and the display in my phone is the same.

WHAT TO DO?..PLEASE HELP ME!
