Replaced my touchpad and now laptop wont boot

So i replaced my touchpad and now i can not boot my laptop... i cant install the drivers for the touchpad due to computer not booting up

Hi, What happens when you power on? Does it start at all? Can you get into BIOS? The more detailed the info the better the answers are likely to be.
