My laptop is turned on and there's no pictures no nothing.

Okay here's the deal as I was playing games on my phone charged up to my laptop I was trying to figure out how to upload data from my phone to my laptop. This is where it went wrong comma as I was playing games downloaded on my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus phone. My data is completely full and I would like to know the easiest way to upload it back on my laptop to where my phone start running good. As for right now my phone is not charging very well battery drain quickly comma charging problems and charging issues. I need this resolved ASAP. Thank you?

So... your trying to get stuff like Pictures and such off you phone, and it's not a problem with the laptop right?
