charged and re-loaded
My ipod is charged and re-loaded. Orange light is flashing but doesn't work.

When you say reloaded do you mean restoring the factory settings? Make sure you try this, try plugging it into a computer to see if it's recognised.

Yes - the compute recognizes the ipod. I have restored the factory settings and it still doesn't play. It is fully charges too. Maybe I should just throw this on away and buy a new one??? What do you think?

No! Don't throw it away- if nothing else, make it a belt buckle. :)
my ipod is not working when i connect to the compueter it does not get it in itunes
