I believe my entire partition and os is out

when i start it it goves me option to do the usual things upon boot and recovery but when i update from sd card it alll downloads and resets and goes back to nothing but an upsidedown lepan sign LMAO any idea on how i can just completely redo the entire thing partition and os ??
