My Samsung Galaxy S5 phone won't turn on or charge!?

Customer was having restart issues so put into safe mode, backed up all info and did a hard reset. Didnt fix it. Now the phone wont turn on at all. help??

I also already tried a new battery and holding volume up/down power and home buttons.
