More than likely you damaged/tore your lightning flex cable.

Hi.. I got a new flex + new battery, it did not help. And the phone restart all the time. The phone only Works for 2min Then it get hot and i see a blue light in the screen and it restarts.
Go back and double check your screw placement. This is sounding like probable board damage.
