Hi,
Call Samsung's customer service section and request a warranty repair or replacement.
If they don't seem that interested contact the government's Consumer Affairs or Fair Trading bureau for advice on how to get them to honour their warranty agreement.
Ensure that you have proof of purchase, either sales receipt or financial statement (e.g. credit card statement, bank account statement) which will also have the date of purchase on it.
