Check your connections at both ends to make sure they are pushed in all the way. If this does not work - Using your tv remote, select menu. Next select tv settings. Next select input settings. Select HDMI 1 and wait a few seconds. It should work. If t doesn't , select HDMI 2 and wait a few seconds. I hope this makes it work for you.

Stupid question perhaps. Have you proved that the HDMI output from the device(s) that you wish to connect to the TV is working, by if possible, connecting to another TV, or that the HDMI cable(s) work by changing with a known working one?
