Feint white squares have appeared on my retina screen.

Hi, Just recently I have noticed feint white squares on my screen, they are only noticeable on white backgrounds and are approx , 1.5cm x 1,0cm in a grid with spacings of approx 0.2 apart.

This is not normal is it?

Any advice please
