iPhone's apps not working

Hello,

I have an iPhone 3gs 32gb but one time I formatted it all. Now I can't open anything like media player or pictures and I can't download it. When I connect my iPhone to my PC I get the error: "i/o error" and I can't open it in iTunes.

Have you tried deleting non apple apps 1 by 1 from phone? Then you'll know which is bogus and not download it again.
