Touch screen doesn't work

buongio guys.

I brought a iPhone 6 touch screen not working after falling . glass is not cracked. I tried to install a new display, but the touch is not working too.

Is touch ic the problem ???

Is it probably the touch IC, I can't think of anything else it could be.
