Can I access contacts of this phone with my pc?

Hello , my dad has this old alcatel phone (ot 660) the screen isnt working anymore as you can see in the picture i have two questions

1- is there a way i can copy its data (especially contacts) into my pc ?

2- do you think the problem is in the screen or the cable ?
