Hello, so The problem iš when I click the power button. The screen lights up, but it shows just black color. Althrought touchscreen works. After some time/clicking power button few more times screen wakes up perfectly and I can fully use my phone. But when I lock it ane put in for few minutes it happens again. Please help me, or should I just take it to the proffesional?

It sounds like there may be too many things trying to happen at once. I would make sure you are not using a live wall paper, or screen saver. Then I would make sure the power button is clean around the edges so it can operate properly. And last I would pull the battery for 5 min. Give the little brain inside the device a rest from the juice. All electronics need a little pause now and then to keep running properly. Hope these tips help you.

Booth, I'm thankful that you're trying to help. But the phone just been factory resseted, I haven't even downloaded any app. And It's Sony Xperia Z3, I can't just pull the battery off.
