Interesting case, Restoring Error 48 No service

One day I was using my iPhone 4s in Germany with a Deutche Telekom SIM card, at a huge protest with lots of people calling each other, I couldn't get ahold of my girlfriend because of network overload. I have lost cellular connection with phone constantly searching for service.

After a little tinkering I realized that it could be a hardware issue. Resetting date, resetting network preferences did not help. I tried just about everything until I decided to restore it using iTunes.

I now get error 48 in iTunes, I have tried different cords, computers, ports.

Here is what my iTunes says if someone is skilled to understand: (password for the text: 1)

What is the easiest way to determine which part do I need to replace?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Apple store tested it and said they are not willing to fix it since it is due to hardware issue
