Is it Possible to Replace the Screen?

I've gone as far as following directions for the Yoga 3 11" and opening this thing up and I've more or less got the screen disconnected (except for one connector I'm not even sure comes off). I'm to the point where I don't want to continue trying to do more work on this thing out of fear of completely damaging the whole laptop. I have the replacement screen here ready to install (though it's not touch screen, it's LCD only) and I'm at my wits end trying to find guides on how to replace this thing. Is it even possible? if so, how?
