iPhone 6s not turning on after getting hot

Hello,

I have an iPhone 6s and time ago I changed the battery in it, after some time the phone got extremely hot and now it won't pass the apple logo. I already changed the battery but the phone still won't boot (Now the new battery is drain and it won't charge nothing shows in the screen) I try restoring through iTunes but the phone is not recognize. I also check the voltage getting to the battery and it's 0.5V. Can a faulty charging port prevent the phone from booting even if the battery is fully charged?

Thanks

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Sounds like you received a faulty battery. You should not buy a battery from that distributor again and get a new battery form some other distributor.

I changed the battery twice already. I actually thought it would work is there a chance any component is causing this?

Did this unit get wet? Does the battery connect to the main board or a separate board? It is a bad circuit on the connected board and it might be too expensive to repair/replace.

No the unit never got wet all sensors are fine (no corrosion). That's why I find it strange to have this issue. I will try another battery so I can confirm is a bad circuit (I hope that solves the issue)
