3DS shuts off unless power button is pressed

So, this is a very strange problem I've got here, but I hope someone out there has the same problem and found a fix

So everything was going fine and the 3ds shut off itself

I let it a few hours to rest and put it on charge afterwards, it has full battery

So basically after the out of nowhere shut off If i just press the power button it shuts down (with popping sound) , if I press it long enough it turns on but if I remove the finger it shuts off again, even if I keep pressing after 15/20 min it shuts down again

When it is on everything works fine. no problems there at all except the clock resetting itself

So please help me, sending the 3ds to nintendo is... well kind of impossible cause I have an imported 3ds from another region, I could sent it to Germany but they probably don't repair NA 3DSs.

So please help me, this is very important to me
