Hello, I purchased this tablet yesterday, set up a password I normally use on other computers. I must have typed it in ...incorrectly. Is there a way to do a factory reboot so I can reset my password?

Try the following:
Press the power button and volume down at the same time. The DOPOD logo will appear after 6 or 7 seconds. Release power button 1st then the volume button. A reconfigure button should come up to reset your tablet.

My dopo tablet keeps rebooting after I reset it. it will go to the windows logo and have welcome loading then keep restarting.. Do you know something that will help?

I faced the same problem and i made my device to reset but now the device is asking for windows repair and touchscreen is not working....can anyone help?
