Screen Flickering, after display change

I have replaced my MacBook retina Display with a brand new one, but then the screen flickers with colors and when I move the mouse pad it stops and even if I put it on safe mode the display works very fine. What could be the problem and how can I solve it.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Can you explain why you replaced your display. And are you sure you got the correct one for your system? Give us the P/N you put in so we can check.

It appears as if you didn't connect the display wire properly to ur motherboard.

If that is not the case u could try making a time machine back up and reinstalling OS X from recovery

@riptide - Talha, Did you see the clue here? It is AOK running is Safe Mode. That would imply the cable was firmly connected. So whats different between Normal & Safe modes?

@danj yes you are right I misread his post.

So in safe mode some unnecessary kexts are not loaded. That could be the problem. So either boot without kernel cache or reinstall OS X like I said :)

Thats one possibility, but what is the clue here it still could be a hardware issue? Reread the OP's Q and what I asked.
