iPhone 5 Proximity Sensor not working after Power Button Replacement

Hello Guys !! I have a weird problem with my iPhone 5. :(

My iPhone 5 Power Button was not working so i fixed it by replacing the power button + Volume buttons flex. and after that i noticed my proximity sensor is not working.

I tried to replace Proximity's Sensor Flex but Still No working. Even i tried that Display + Sensor on another iPhone and Its Working perfect there. Please Give me Solution Guys. :(
