Why does the review picture appear small and unzoomable?

My f717 is fully functional in every respect when taking a picture. But when the "review" of a photo is viewed in either the viewfinder or lcd display its shrinks to a useless miniscule size. I cant zoom into to it either.

The same thing happens in "play" mode. So i cant see if my pictures are useable untill i upload to a computer.

Have i done something to the software like deleted/edited something by accident.

Please help i love my camera

Hi,

Have you checked that you have not selected the view index screen in the 9 image or triple image mode instead of the single image mode?

Here is the user guide instruction on how to change the viewing mode
