The television has trouble turning on. It turns on and off a few times before it stays on.

Open the back up and check the power board for any bulging capacitors or blown fuses. If there are any, replace them.

@rockabilly what model is your TV and what have you checked? Open the back and take a lok at the boards. Post some images of your boards so we can see what you see. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that
