I was using my phone, and all of a sudden the home button wouldn't work and I couldn't power the phone off. Then the screen went black and now I have nothing. When I hold the home button, I can hear Siri and everything, just cant do anything with the phone. I wont turn on or off.

just dissconect the battery and connect it again and it will work fine

Has the phone been liquid damaged before or repaired before? Sounds like the screen just went bad. Though I think it's best you take it to a mobile phone repair shop for testing.

same thing happened to me but the phone felt really hot first. it was not in water or damp.............it just updated itself yesterday and hasn't worked right since.
