power & vlume up not work (broken)

today my zte blade v6 falling down from my hand. and then power key & volume up not work. i decide to open my phone. after opening my device i realize that power & volume flat must replace with new flat. but i can't find a power flat in all phone's workshop. i dont know that now what should i do?! please help me.
