Thunderbolt, usb and sd slot (all on the right side) not working

Milk spill... since then I have been able to charge, use the usb port on the left side, and headphone jack. However everything on the right hand side is not working... Any idea where the damage is? And what should I do? (no Apple warranty left)

you can replace the IO board, the replacement part is about $13.

Thanks! But I thought the io board controls everything on the left hand side, power, usb and audio? Those are the things that are working right now.
