Will not turn on

I just had my tablet it is a Visual Land Premier 9 with Windows 10 on and I went to go to the bathroom came back and it went all on the relax mode and now it will not turn on at all. I had just done a reboot or restart and was on Google Chrome with it. Thanks for any help only had it about 4 months
