Hi,
Here is a link to a video which shows how to replace the battery in a Garmin Nuvi 360, (the 360 has the same hardware specs as the 360T).

Whilst a faulty battery is not your particular problem, the video is useful in that it details how to dis-assemble your GPS so as to gain access to the internal components of the device. Once you have access you may be able to determine what is the problem with your on/off switch.
