An app with no icon suddenly appeared in my homescreen. I did not download it and i can not delete it. Please help me, it might be a virus or had been hacked by an indivdual. Please and thank you.

check if this works:
settings>general>storage &icloud usage>manage storage> find the app in the list, click on it and try to delete it

Not a virus or hacked. Simply a failed app download most likely. Turning the iPad off and on usually allows you to continue the download on the unfinished app. Otherwise do a update / restore on iTunes. (Backup data before restoring if you have data to keep.)

I was not downloading anything at the time ,for i was on vacation, and when i opened the device, it had an app with no icon. The app was labeled "Glory Tamer"
