updated all manage apps in system settings

my Kyocera cellphone,on the screen popup and cant removed,it says SAFE MODE,IM FIRST TIMER ENCOUNTER THIS KIND OF PROBLEM CAUSED TO BE ABNORMAL THE SETTINGS OF MY UNIT
