Thermal paste and pad replacements on the cechg03

Hi all,

Sorry I realise that this is a fairly well covered topic but I couldn't find any guide illustrating this particular model which looks a little different.

I bought this model on eBay a few months ago and a few days ago it crashed and gave me YLOD. I've stripped it down to the circuit board.

I realise I should try to re heat the solder which I was thinking of doing in an oven, is this a sensible idea? A hair dryer is the alternative.

Also could someone tell me which chips need thermal paste and which need thermal pads?
