Can I repair the fan on my wine fridge?

Hi -- I just bought a used Magic Chef wine fridge (2 zone), and while transporting, it seems that the upper fan broke, meaning it won't turn on now.

Any thoughts on the difficulty of this? How do I diagnose the problem?

While it is not exactly your problem, here is a link which shows how to get to the fans. It is not very detailed but hopefully it will give you enough information to effect a repair.
