Why won't me screen work

So my screen is not responding but my power button and middle button are some please help me fix it!! No it doesn't have a scratch and neither did I drop it

Yes I am talking about the screen it's like frozen or something please help!

try to restart the tab by Pressing and hold the Power button until your device turns off.
