Computer wont give video output

i have an i7 that does not show video on my screen...i changed the power supply the graphics card the hard drive..the machine comes on and then goes off after the second time of powering it on it runs but still doesnt have video output...any thoughts on what could be the problem

You need to plug a power supply into your video card.
