New loudspeaker from iFixit. After replacement speaker works perfecty. FaceTime calling, music, etc. And IPhone runs on iOS 9.3.3. But after update to IOS 9.3.4 speaker stopped working. Several rebooting and total content and setting erase didn't help.

I can't think of a reason why a speaker replacement would affect an iOS update. I would think of it as a coincidence and move on to other causes. The first cause would be the speaker isn't lined up quite right. Tear the phone down and make sure its tucked in properly and that all screws are in place.

Actually...I suppose a missing screw that provides a ground point could interfere with an iOS update.....

Tear the phone down, make sure everything is where its supposed to be. If it is, try a new speaker then report back.

I'll try to do it. But why speaker work and suddenly stop working?

In a perfect world, it wouldn't. In the real world, those things are mass produced in factories with next to no quality control. It sucks but it happens.
