Does my ps4 need a power supply replacement or gpu fix?

So i have had my ps4 for like 2 years and then suddenly it just decides to refuse to turn on. This is what happens, I hit the power button I will hear a beep and then I would hit it again and then it beeps it sounds like it powering on i see a blue light and I hear a clicking sound and then it just turns off. So I read something about the Apu or something needing to be reballed is this the case or do I just need to replace the power supply? Thanks :)

It's very unlikely to be a power supply issue. If the fan doesn't spin at all when you try to power it on then it could be a power supply problem.

The vast majority of these issues are caused by oxidized solder pads on the APU.
