How to reinstall Windows after a reset?
I attempted a factory reset and now it wont load windows says that it restarted during install and wont install windows now.
Is this a good question?

Hello,
Starting on the installation CD of Windows or create a bootable USB key with an ISO image of Windows by against you need a computer running Windows to do this
I think Microsoft provides a tool for creating bootable USB key that does everything automatically, ISO download and create bootable USB Key.
Rufus otherwise use to do it.
Warning, check your bios type (UEFI CSM) for that the key launched successfully.
