I can't download apps

I am trying to download Instagram and YouTube onto my tablet, it is saying I need to log into my google account, which I have done yet it still keep's showing the same message??

Options

Clearing the cache to your browser is beneficial. It can help your browsing sessions be faster and resolve some issues, and it can give you more free space in your phone's storage memory.

  1. Open your tab's home screen and tap on "Browser" (World icon).
  2. Touch "Menu" to open the list of options that you can select
  3. Now touch "Settings", the gear looking icon.
  4. Look for "Clear cache", then tap that option.
  5. Tap on "Yes" to agree on deleting the cache.

# Now look for "Clear all cookies and data" to erase them.

  1. Tap on "Yes" again to agree and start the process of deleting.
  2. Once you see that "Clear cache" and "Clear all cookies" options have been grayed out, that means all are cleared.

After clear all browser cache & cookies, then try to login gmail & try to download
