How can I repair circuit line?
The big thing is ground.
Directly to the left, those two pads had a capacitor on it.
Top pad is supposed to be ground, bottom pad is not.
It looks like bottom pad may have access to ground plane.
Is there a method to fix something like this?
Originally this problem was a short on the battery line, couldn't find the problem but then found that little pad. I can't really test resistance because the pads are too small for my multimeter to touch. And my multimeter isn't very good anyway.
How do I separate that pad from having access to ground?
Is this a good question?
