Has your screen been replaced recently? There are a number of things that could be wrong. Here are a few off the top of my head.

1. You have a faulty back light that could be fixed with a replacement of your screen.

2. You have a faulty light sensor that is acting as if you are in phone mode, which cause the screen to black out.

3. There is a software issue that may be fixed with a restore.

Yes, my screen is replaced recently and the connector of front facing camera on logic board is damaged, this could be a reason for it?

Sorry for the long delay. Yes, that being damaged is more than likely your issue. The light sensor is connected to the same cable as your camera etc.

That's a $5, 5 minute repair that could make his phone like new again.

I can't say I would have thought of the prox sensor right off the bat.

Hey stated the front facing camera on the logic board is damaged. If this is the case, it's not a 5 dollar repair. Im not sure what that would cost as I dont do component level repair.

Thanks for replying, the guy who replaced my screen fixed it. That guy says it is fixed, but I'm not sure it will work fine or not for long period.

Coco, read the question once more. Things like "goes black and becomes normal after sometime." do not correspond with a "backlight fuse". Nor is it an iPad....
