You may have popped a backlight filter when you connected the LCD. It happens on iPads since there is no way to disconnect the battery when changing the screen. Plug it into your computer and look real close to see if you see the apple logo. If you can see the logo, carefully go into settings and see if you can turn the brightness up. If the brightness is already up, its more than likely a filter.

You changed your lcd screen or just the broken glass?

Does your PC recognize your iPad when it's plugged in?

Try doing a hard reboot by pressing the home and power button at the same time for about 10 seconds. If this doesnt work, Ill try to gather more info from you to help you resolve this issue.

I changed the broken glass (second time), last time I didn't have any problems.

I try to reboot as you said, it didn't work.

I plugged into my PC, the PC asked me if want to import something, I clicked yes, but it tells me "there is nothing to import"

Do you have a flashlight or any other direct light that you can shine on the lcd and see if you can see anything on the screen? Im wondering if your backlight is burned out. If it is, youll see the screen icons etc, but it wont be visible unless you have it under direct light at a certain angle.
