iPad Air 2 screen remains black after replacement

Hey, today I replaced the screen of an iPad Air 2. Now the screen stays black even if I try it with the old LCD screen and digitizer. The iPad was not powered on when I replaced the screen. So I think it's not the backlight.

iTunes recognizes the iPad... Any ideas?

No. Could this help maybe? I would have to remove the logic board. Not sure if this is an good idea ^^

If I'm correct you can lift up the battery connector after unscrewing the battery without taking the logic board out.

Anyway try holding the power and reset button for 15 seconds and try turning it on again.
